Day Two: The Crossing. This class is activation. A practice that works the energy up from the foundation of the spine to the open heart. We're working with the backbone, the fire of authentic self-expression. The part of you that was never actually afraid... it was just waiting for the right moment. The crossing isn't dramatic. It's quieter than that. It's the body finally doing what it already knew how to do, moving forward and crossing the threshold it's been standing at.
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable layers. Mats and pillows are provided but bring anything else that supports your practice. Class starts right at 9:30 so please arrive by 9:15am to get set up. There is plentiful parking on Greenwell Avenue at the corner of Lillie Avenue. Limited to 10 people, over 18 (adults only) please.
