Herbal Bath Tea Blending Workshop

In this workshop local herbalist and botanical artisan, Lauren Snyder will guide you through the art of blending herbal baths for healing and well being. Through these simple daily rituals we can find small ways to return to more nature based rhythms and practices. During the workshop we'll explore a variety of herbs and botanical ingredients; their uses and benefits; and how best to incorporate them into herbal baths for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Each participant will have the opportunity to blend their very own custom herbal bath tea recipe to take home. All materials included. Held in our outdoor covered garden workshop space. Limited to 14 guests. 16 years old and older.
