This class is embodiment. A Kundalini-based energetic practice that clears the expectations, obligations, and inherited ideas clouding what you genuinely want to create next. We’re working with the vision for 2027, not as another list of goals, but as a direction your body can recognize and begin moving toward. The vision is the arrow. Embodiment is the first step. We will connect to what excites us, meet the version of ourselves capable of living it, and choose one grounded action that begins bringing it into form.
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable layers. Mats and pillows are provided, but bring anything else that supports your practice. Class starts right at 9:30, so please arrive by 9:15 AM to get set up. There is plentiful parking on Greenwell Avenue at the corner of Lillie Avenue. Limited to 10 people. 21+ and older only.
