This class is transformation. A Kundalini-based energetic practice designed to change your relationship with anger and uncover the information, energy, and direction it carries. Anger can tell us that something matters, something has been violated, we have stayed silent too long, or a part of us is ready to move. But when we suppress it, discharge it onto others, or try to move through it too quickly, we lose access to its intelligence. This isn’t about glorifying anger or giving it control. It’s about discovering what your anger is trying to protect, restore, or mobilize, and transforming that energy into clarity, conscious choice, and action.
