About the event
This class is reclamation. A Kundalini-based energetic practice designed to uncover the places where you learned to edit, negotiate, or leave yourself behind in order to make your life work. We’re separating the life you have built from the unconscious agreements beneath it. The structures that support who you are from the ones that require you to disappear inside them. This isn’t about tearing your life apart. It’s about reclaiming the energy tied up in adaptation and self-loyalty.
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable layers. Mats and pillows are provided, but bring anything else that supports your practice. Class starts right at 9:30, so please arrive by 9:15 AM to get set up. There is plentiful parking on Greenwell Avenue at the corner of Lillie Avenue. Limited to 10 people. 21+ and older only.
