Source Frequency Kundalini: Aries Full Moon

Sometimes we can feel that something inside us has changed before we fully understand what it means or where it is taking us. We sense a new version of ourselves emerging, but we keep asking the old version to make our decisions.  Taking advantage of the Aries Full Moon that will be taking place during class, we will come back to the “I am.” The self that exists before we explain it, negotiate it, or shape it around what other people expect.  In this class, we will connect with what is already coming alive inside us and give it permission to take up space, move through the body, and become visible.

You do not need to know exactly where this version of you will lead. You only need to stop asking the old version of you to lead.
