Experienced breathwork facilitator Madeleine Pizey will guide you through a guided circular breathwork practice, soothing sound healing and hands-on reiki support for a swift journey to reconnect you with your body and heart and disconnect from the busy mind. This ancient practice has many benefits for the mind, body and spirit, leaving you feeling relaxed and at home in your body. We provide mats, blankets, and pillows.
