Restorative Breathwork with Madeleine Pizey

Experienced breathwork facilitator Madeleine Pizey will guide you through a restorative sequence followed by active circular breathwork finishing with gentle integration and sound healing. This ancient practice has many benefits for the mind, body and spirit, leaving you feeling relaxed and at home in your body. We provide mats, blankets and pillows or you can bring your own if you prefer. We recommend comfortable clothing and arriving 10 minutes early to set up your space. It is best not to eat for two hours prior to breathwork. $65 per person, limited to 10 people (adults only).
