Plant Spirit Tea Ceremony

Led by @Kristine.Lo we will begin by connecting with a chosen tea and plant spirit to guide us into remembrance and mindful presence. There will be an invitation to set your intention, then we will drink warm bowls of tea while being guided on a meditative journey, and close with a collective group share. You will learn the elements of a tea ceremony that can be a devotional practice done at home as a way to take time for yourself, feel connected to the present moment and set intentions for your day. And the intention is for you to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and reconnected to your deepest self.
