Living A Joy Filled Life!

Life is stressful and demanding and doesn't give us a time out. So how do you create a life that highlights, prioritizes, and seizes JOY in every possible way? This doesn't mean discounting the pain and grief that's part of being human, but learning to find and embrace JOY whenever and wherever possible. Dr Jen will teach the group how to create a joyful mindset while Lucy will offer new tools for switching from the default "Life is hard" mentality. In a group of 15 we will dive in and remember how to play with the divine possibilities and how to reimagine our lives filled with nuggets of joy. Dr Jen will also reveal the secrets to the upcoming Jupiter Uranus Conjunction and give each guest a special gift. Your ticket includes lunch from Field & Fort.
