In this workshop local herbalist and botanical artisan Lauren Snyder will guide you through the world of customizing herbal remedies for individual wellness. Lauren's holistic approach invites an opportunity to attune with your body's natural rhythms and needs in order to ensure your herbal remedies support you & your own unique wellness journey.
Whether you want to create your own custom blends or learn more about how to source remedies that actually work, this workshop will help you learn how to personalize your herbal medicine. All participants will take home an herbal sample goodie bag created by Lauren. Held in our outdoor covered garden workshop space. Limited to 14 guests. 16 years old and older please.
