About the event
In this workshop local herbalist and botanical artisan Lauren Snyder will guide you through the art of blending herbal honeys for healing and well being. Herbal honeys have a long history as a sweet and delightful way to bring herbal wellness into your life. We'll talk about some of the herbs that pair well with honey and how to prepare and make an herbal honey. Each participant will have the opportunity to blend their very own custom herbal honey to take home (also makes a great gift!). All materials included. Held in our outdoor covered garden workshop space. Limited to 14 guests. 16 years old and older please.
