In this workshop you will learn about the art of making herbal baths for healing and well being. Participants will learn about blending herbs for a variety of needs and then create their own custom bath tea to keep or gift. All materials included. Limited to 14 guests (16 years and older please).

About the event
In this workshop local herbalist and botanical artisan Lauren Snyder will guide you through the art of blending herbal baths for healing and well being. Through these simple daily rituals we can find simple ways to return to more nature based rhythms and practices. During the workshop we'll explore a variety of herbs and botanical ingredients; their uses and benefits; and how best to incorporate them into herbal baths for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Each participant will have the opportunity to blend their very own custom herbal bath tea recipe to take home (also makes a great gift!). All materials included. Held in our outdoor covered garden workshop space. Limited to 14 guests. 16 years old and older please.
