After each meditation, Guille provides a space for questions and offers intuitive guidance.
Throughout the sessions, you will engage in various effective techniques, including grounding, chakra meditation, visualization, mindfulness, and Buddhist healing meditation. These methods are designed to help you transcend your current situation and connect with your deeper self.
