Guided Healing Meditation

Enjoy a restorative guided meditation led by Reiki Master/Teacher Guille (Gheejay) Neal. At the beginning of the session, we will focus our intentions for healing. We ask that you think about what is present in your life that you would like to release, heal or transform. We will then ground our focus in the physical experience of the moment and breathe. We will provide a chair to sit in and it can get chilly in our outdoor space so we recommend layers. Adults only (18+) thank you. Donation is on a sliding scale to accommodate as many people as we can while encouraging those who register to attend.
