Free Guided Healing Meditation

Embark on a meditation journey where we delve into the power of simple techniques to embrace healing chi and elevate our awareness. Through grounding, chakra meditation, visualization and mindfulness, we transcend our sense of self and current circumstances. At the beginning of the session, we will focus our intentions for healing. We ask that you think about what is present in your life that you would like to release, heal, improve, or transform. We will then ground our focus in the physical experience of the moment, and breathe. We will provide a chair to sit in, this is an adult only event (18 and over please).
