In this private workshop Sara will teach you how to explore, clear, and align the ancient wisdom of the chakra  system, a network of energy centers within the body that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or spiritual growth, this experience offers space to explore and awaken the body's natural healing powers and learn new tools. You will be seated in this workshop and we will provide the chairs, blankets, hot tea in our covered garden workshop space. $75 per person, limited to 14 guests.
